<span style="color: #674ea7; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Mais uma vez tive que dar uma pausa na dieta. <br />Iniciei o Ataque novamente em 04/08 e no dia seguinte eu menstruei. <br />
O fato é que tomo anticoncepcional continuo pra não menstruar a mais de 5 anos devido problemas de endometriose. Já fiz duas cirurgias para retirada desse cisto e o tratamento é não menstruar para que não volte a ter novos focos dessa doença. <br />
Um dia antes de eu voltar pra Dukan esqueci de tomar o remédio causando o sangramento. Mesmo assim fiz o ataque durante 5 dias e o fluxo menstrual foi aumentando. Achando q eu estava com hemorragia fui ao Pronto Socorro dia 14 e fui orientada a tomar uma medicação pra diminuir esse fluxo, dar uma pausa de 7 dias no anticoncepcional e me alimentar bem.<br />
Por isso nos últimos dias não tenho seguido a risca a dieta.<br />Fiz 5 dias de ataque na semana passada e por isso resolvi reiniciar direto da fase Cruzeiro. Hj faço PP e amanhã PL e assim por diante.<br /><br />
Quero ficar firme e forte na dieta , afinal só faltam 10 kg para ser eliminado e atingir minha meta.</span></div>

Tentei iniciar novamente a dieta e acabei perdendo o foco e jaquei. Além de eu estar de férias foi meu aniversário e acabei comendo vários alimentos que não são permitidos. <br />
Mas não vou desistir. Na próxima segunda feira já retorno ao trabalho e ai vou conseguir voltar e atingir meu objetivo.</span><br />

<span style="color: purple; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Realizei exames de sangue e urina e deram super alterados. Essas foram as 2 últimas semanas que fiz a dieta , já relaxando um pouco na última. </span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">O médico me passou exames mais específicos para verificar o que ocorre e me aconselhou a dar uma pausa na dieta e assim estou fazendo.</span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Claro que não vou me acabar de comer como antes pois a Dukan me proporcionou um novo estilo de vida.</span><br />
